    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the entire Administration Department in the Office.

  • Maintain liaison with different govt. offices & local law enforcing agencies (power, water, gas, telephone etc).

  • Supervise the activities of the Administration Staffs in all Factories. And also look after their performance management, performance appraisal and career progression issues in consultation with the Top-Management.

  • Manage and oversee the entire scope of exporting of our produced goods to the overseas market and explore new markets.

  • Handle all documentation and correspondence including import and export markets CCI&E, BOI, EPB, RJSC, Banks, and other relevant government and non-government offices.

  • Prepare and submit all necessary documents for the renewal of various certificates (IRC, ERC, Auto Bond, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Process and manage all Import & Export documentation including UD/UP, Bill of Entry, Mushok, Shipping Bill, and PRC.

  • Maintain and update all Bond Registers (In-Bond, etc.), Chemical statements, and Import-Export statements as per compliance requirements.

  • Analyze data of expenditure and take remedial action to control the cost.

  • Ensure the Proper Management of office equipment.  

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

  • Execute company`s administrative plans, policies and decisions taken by the management.

  • MRS posting computer and Monthly report preparing.

  • Monthly & Yearly inventory preparing.

  • Providing full information about the availability of materials & goods etc. where so necessary by maintaining proper stores record with help of store ledger etc
