Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical assistance for maintaining office computers, IT equipment and networking systems by performing regular checks to ensure smooth functionality and connectivity.
Installing windows, hardware and software troubleshooting.Install, configure and maintain networking devices like manageable and non-manageable switches & routers (especially Mikrotik devices).
Hardware troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, pad, tablet, mac, printer, scanner, and different types of IP devices.
Ensure all CCTV systems and cameras are functioning properly.
Identify and recommend new technology solutions.
Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
Having mentality to work under pressure
Having mentality to provide support any time for any office emergency
