Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hardware & Network Skill :
∎ All kind of IT supports office network maintenance.
∎ PC Assembling and troubleshooting & Desktop Computer & Laptop.
∎ Networking (LAN) and Printer, Maintenance Also see the Multimedia problem
∎ Providing Windows Server Configuration and Support (Active Directory)
∎ Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation & configuration of Network on LAN, MAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi equipment.
∎ Managing Network and Security devices with protocols including Mikrotik Router
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network faults, PC assembling and Software Installation.
∎ Configuring and managing backup and restore procedure.
∎ Provide support to all IT Inventory operations and manage all products according to dept. requirements.
∎ Providing Windows Server Configuration and Support (Group police create and apply )
∎ Apply firewall police management (Windows and Kaspersky internet security)
∎ Antivirus installation expiry date observation
∎ CCTV Camera maintenance Monitoring and backup solution
∎ Data management and recovery

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
