Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
∎ Maintain and update IT Asset registers, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and related assets.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ Manage office networking issues, including configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity.
∎ Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
∎ Train staff on the use of IT systems and software applications.
∎ Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
∎ Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
