Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including network administrators, system administrators, and support staff.
∎ Infrastructure Management: Maintain and upgrade the corporate office's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
∎ Security: Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems, implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures and protocols like Firewall/UTM, Active directory, Endpoint Protection, DLP, Data Encryption, VPN, BGP, site to site VPN, Load balancing, Redundency etc.
∎ Budgeting: Manage the IT department budget, making cost-effective decisions to maximize resources.
∎ Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with IT service providers, hardware and software vendors, and other technology partners.
∎ Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure a smooth operation of systems.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and industry standards.
∎ Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, such as ERP implementation, business process optimization, system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
∎ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ System Administration
∎ ERP System and Technology
∎ Strong knowledge of network administration, system administration, and cybersecurity.
∎ Experience with IT budgeting and project management.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
