Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's hardware, software, and network systems.
∎ Implement and manage security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
∎ Administer and maintain the spinning mills' database systems.
∎ Ensure regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures for critical data.
∎ Manage and optimize the organization's network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.
∎ Troubleshoot network issues and collaborate with external vendors when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address software needs specific to the spinning mills industry.
∎ Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of custom software solutions.
∎ Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular audits to identify potential security risks and take corrective actions.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
∎ Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their IT skills and awareness.
∎ Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or spinning mills context.
∎ Strong knowledge of spinning mills operations and the specific IT needs within the industry.
∎ Proficient in database management, network administration, and software development.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
