∎ Skills Required: Configuring WiFi router, Network and Network Equipment Configuration, Printers and Scanners Configuration, Server Configuration, Server Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to all users of Head Office/ Site Office/ remotely working staff, applications, IT tools, Company IT hardware, etc.
∎ Plan and process for procurement of IT resources and repair work coordinating with the procurement department.
∎ Build professional relationships with vendors and recommend vendor selection.
∎ Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge of implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting network and security solutions.
∎ Monitor servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi to ensure full coverage.
∎ Planning & Organizing Network Infrastructure.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.
∎ Experience in working with Linux and Windows environments.
