Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or Information Technology

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure optimization of business processes and automate regular office works through the use of convenient and customized technology tools
∎ To develop/customize/deploy/use available software, apps, scripts or technological tools for daily activities and operations
∎ To operate, administer and troubleshoot in house software platforms and apps (account creation, application use, hardware, telecom network, logs etc)
∎ To provide all sorts of software support to the agents/users
∎ To coordinate with the core software development team
∎ Administration, installation and support of Windows, MacOS- and Linux-based systems.
∎ Ensure user support (network, pc, printer, scanner and internet support) efficiently, timely and accurately.
∎ To run database queries and generate reports as per

∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Candidate must be:
∎ A very good user and follower of latest technology
∎ A good conversant in apps usage, email communication, Google office stacks,
∎ A master in Googling
