• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in CSE, IT, or ECE from a recognized institution

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Experience in hospital IT operations will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to work beyond office hours in case of IT emergencies.

• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in IT operations, preferably in a reputed hospital or corporate environment

• Strong knowledge of networking (CCNA certified preferred)

• Experience in Mikrotik router configuration & management

• Server setup, administration & troubleshooting

• Cybersecurity knowledge & ability to implement security protocols

• Website & domain hosting management

• Printer, scanner & hardware troubleshooting

• IP Phone configuration & management

• CC Camera installation, monitoring & maintenance

• Email setup & management (corporate email systems)

• Vendor management & IT asset control

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & IT documentation

Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in the heart of Dhaka, is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Executive. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our healthcare services by ensuring smooth IT operations in a modern hospital environment.

• Manage and monitor the hospital’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and internet connectivity.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Mikrotik routers, switches, IP phones, and CC cameras.

• Ensure proper implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect hospital data and systems.

• Provide technical support to hospital staff regarding computer systems, printers, scanners, and software issues.

• Maintain hospital website, domain hosting, and corporate email systems.

• Oversee installation and management of new IT equipment and applications.

• Monitor and manage hospital IT systems to ensure uninterrupted services.

• Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.

• Prepare IT reports, documentation, and performance logs for management.

• Support hospital digital services and ensure smooth communication systems.

• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT policies and system usage.

• Type: Full Time (Roster).
