Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure technical support and troubleshooting as IT representative.
∎ Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
∎ Ensure installation, support and maintenance of EMR, POS systems.
∎ Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
∎ Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user requests.
∎ Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
∎ Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
∎ Must have the mindset to visit the outlets and willing to work at roster basis.
