∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make Documentation (Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel).Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, UPS, and network equipment.
∎ Configure and manage basic network devices (switches, routers, access points) Manage attendance & access control systems, CCTV, and Zebra Barcode Printers.
∎ Support and maintain Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Ensure smooth operation of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
∎ Maintain IT inventory and documentation Respond promptly to user issues and resolve technical problems independently.
∎ User support physically & remotely Sound knowledge is needed and helping ERP administration.
