Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Multinational Companies, Garments, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT related task
∎ Supports colleagues for everyday IT-issue according to their needs to perform their job.
∎ Assists colleagues for implementation of the IT stuffs and train the individuals who will need to use it.
∎ Assists in purchase of new equipment and software when necessary.
∎ Repair or replacement of computers when needed.
∎ Help to solve issues or challenges for online meetings for MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
∎ Ability to solve general IT-issues quickly.
∎ Understanding of basic computer components and has the skills to repair or replace them when needed.
∎ Inventory control knowledge for the purpose of ensuring that necessary equipment and replacement parts are always on hand.
∎ Possesses excellent communication skills for communicating with the global IT-team, employees, and other departments.
∎ Ability to handler IT items needed to host any online meeting or on-site seminar/meeting, etc.
∎ Administration related task
∎ Arrange and monitor maintenance for office equipment and supervise all activities related to working environment.
∎ Assist to organize meetings and activities, support all administrative function and proactive support to any situation
∎ Provide general administrative support internally and externally, support to smooth logistics to all meeting rooms and events
∎ Follow-up office storeroom/ Logistic management in an organized way.
∎ Follow-up colleagues weekly itinerary update & keep tracking local & guest colleagues visit for their security purpose.
∎ Support to Buyers visit, Guest House, actively follow up recurring monthly maintenance schedule
∎ Control Buyer visiting schedule in BD. Logistic plan and implementing and supervising the support service team.
∎ Actively coordinate for all maintenance work with vendors, look after vendors activities, timely supply of goods & materials, when necessary, for office premises.
∎ Execute the task assigned by Team Management
∎ Acting as a good team player and colleague according to BESTSELLER's founding principles
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have Proactiveness and positive Attitude
∎ Candidates must also be able to work as part of a team, open-minded, energetic individuals who can contribute to a passionate team.
∎ Strong communication and people skills
∎ Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
