• Age At most 33 years

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web-based and mobile applications using Java, Python, and related technologies.

• Coordinate end-to-end software development and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other enterprise software implementation and integration initiatives.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Coordinate with developers and management to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and system integrations.

• Monitor application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to end users.

• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection policies, and IT governance requirements.

• Provide technical guidance, user training, and ongoing support to business teams.

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
