∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in CSE/ IT/ ETE relevant subject from any reputed university.
Job Context:
∎ Catalyst Solutions is a Multi-National company working based in the USA & Canada; catering to the top 10 marketing research and analytics companies in the world. We are looking for someone responsible for managing all the electronic devices of the office and ensuring Information Security Management System (ISO 27001:2013)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all electronics devices across all offices
∎ Ensure 24/7 offices internet
∎ Ensuring all the workstations are ready to work with all the required IT accessories (Laptop, Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, etc.)
∎ Installing and configuring computer software, systems, network, printers, and scanners
∎ All the PCs and peripheral devices (Ex: Mouse, keyboard, HDMI cable, Monitor) are working correctly, and Identify faulty IT devices and take action accordingly.
∎ Ensure all the printers are connected with the proper network and ready to use
∎ Testing new technology/devices and propose a plan to improvise our current systems
∎ Maintain the inventory effectively where all the electronic devices are listed with specifications and locations
∎ Update inventory in real-time for including/excluding electronic devices
∎ Maintain confidentiality strictly
∎ Ensure and monitoring everyone is following ISMS protocols/standards
∎ Assists in maintaining information security through controlled hardware AND/OR software installation and training
∎ Follow the emergency plan for equipment, power, or security failures when necessary and protect data and ensure security
∎ Business continuity plan for IT failures
∎ Ensure CCTV cameras are working properly and monitor footage
∎ Build strong relationships with the vendors (ISP, IPS, etc.) and Interacts and communicates effectively with internal/external contacts
∎ Create and update maintenance log for all the electronic devices (AC, Fridge, IPS, etc.) and ensuring maintenance is being done on time
∎ Troubleshooting, support, and repair when IT equipment or network malfunction
∎ Express new ideas and suggestions in a positive manner
∎ Provide purchasing proposal with estimated cost, benefits, and deadline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong Experience in Network Designing, Monitoring & Reporting.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
∎ Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated the commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information.
∎ Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning.
∎ An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary quoted will be effective after the successful completion of PROBATION PERIOD
