Job Context:
∎ Functions: The position is responsible to manage and run IT department and responsible for all the IT related tasks/works.
∎ Report To: CEO
∎ Date of Joining: January 1, 2021
∎ Supervised by: Sr. Communication & Advcacy Associate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the administration and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure;
∎ Handle and manage all IT related support and services. Oversees LAN, & WAN; PABX &UPS;
∎ Evaluating, designing, installing, upgrading, maintaining and configuring server & network infrastructure components including hardware troubleshooting and repairs etc;
∎ Maintain corporate email, email server and other communication platforms;
∎ Database analysis, design, development, modification of new software programs and business analysis maintain in-house customized reports to enhance efficiency in day to day data processing operation;
∎ Provide training on different software and administer virtual meeting platforms (ZOOM, Google etc.);
∎ Control panel, design and develop websites, ensuring strong optimization and functionality through packaged and customized applications;
∎ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources;
∎ Oversee attendance system, troubleshooting, software and network operating system, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support and when necessary;
∎ Regularly deal with multiple tasks and ensure that all of the management decisions are being properly carried out and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
∎ Strong English and Bangla language skills (verbal and written), including ability to draft a variety of correspondence and edit materials using proper grammar, punctuation.

Salary:
