Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
∎ Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
∎ Providing technical support to end-users
∎ Managing and maintaining network infrastructure
∎ Ensuring data security and integrity
∎ Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
∎ Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements
∎ Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure system stability and reliability
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
∎ Maintain current and accurate IT inventory.
∎ Responsible for CCTV Camera work, maintenance, integration of free punch machine with the ERP to get employee's attendance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
∎ Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
∎ Required knowledge of Microsoft printix application control with configuration
