• The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 25-30 years of hands-on experience in similar position
• Strong portfolio of Art and Sketch with illustrations, CorelDraw or other graphic design software and technologies (such as Creative Cloud (CC all version), Adobe Photoshop, In Design, for making design of Logos, Artwork, Layout & any kind of graphical works related).
• Able to work under pressure several numbers of orders, styles, meet multiple deadlines and stressful situations inside the company and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PORTFOLIO to join our team as a Head of Design and Development.

• Create and design various materials for Paper printing & PFL also Woven design etc.
• Create or visualize an idea and produce a design by hand or using computer-aided design.
• Sketch rough and detailed drawings of accessories, and write specifications such as color schemes, construction, material types, and other requirements.
• Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends (garments accessories) as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
• Work with others in the design team, buyers and forecasters, to develop products to meet requirements.
• Understand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing design patterns and technical specifications for garments trims and accessories.
• Collaborate with respective departments to coordinate special products and designs.
• Design new labeling and badge.
• Build efficient sourcing channels with SCM to secure quality materials and suppliers aligned with design and cost goals.
• Research global trends, market insights, and consumer behavior to create commercially viable collections.
• Build and guide a small, talented design team to achieve seasonal targets.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production for design feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely sample development and maintain a design library with trend boards and material swatches.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
• Any other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.
