Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking the Business Head who will lead strategic growth and operational efficiency, guiding sales, marketing, and financial management to align with company goals and values. This role involves driving market expansion, boosting profitability, and ensuring operational excellence, while building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering innovation to meet evolving customer needs. You will report on each unit's performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
