∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support to end user for their Desktop, Laptop, Wi-Fi, Printer, Scanner & other IT equipment.
∎ Troubleshooting hardware and system.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of network and connectivity.
∎ Provide end-user software support to the ERP user.
∎ Provide Desktop software (word, Excel) Support.
∎ Visit - branches, service center, warehouse, area office for IT support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of hardware and software
∎ Knowledge about network operation
∎ Must have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office program
∎ MikroTik knowledge will be added extra value
∎ Experience in Troubleshooting will get preference
Salary:
∎ As per company policy
