Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems.
∎ Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems through regular maintenance and updates.
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
∎ Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support and enhance online marketing strategies.
∎ Assist in the implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide technical support as needed.
∎ Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
∎ Respond promptly to IT-related inquiries and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
∎ Train staff on new technologies and systems, ensuring they are proficient in using them.
∎ Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.
∎ Perform regular backups and recovery processes to protect company data.
∎ Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
∎ Oversee the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
∎ Ensure all office equipment, including printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems, are functioning properly.
∎ Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
∎ Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
∎ Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
∎ Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business operations.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
∎ Generate regular reports on IT performance, issues, and resolutions.
∎ Document and track IT incidents and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and products.
∎ Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
∎ Manage relationships with third-party support providers and coordinate outsourced services.
