Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
∎ Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to foster engagement and build relationships with our audience.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
∎ Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
∎ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
∎ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media efforts, such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion rates.
∎ Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
∎ Build and nurture a community of followers on social media platforms by engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations.
