Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements and storage locations.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts; reconcile physical inventory with system data.
Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and materials.
Update inventory management systems (ERP) with real-time and accurate data.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages and shortages promptly.
Assist in optimizing warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
Adhere to safety, hygiene and quality control standards in all inventory handling operations.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary inventory records and documentation.
Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to the superior/department head.
Ensure compliance with all company HR policies, workplace ethics and attendance guidelines.
