Responsibilities & Context:
- Receiving, recording and storing supplies
- Receiving requisitions and orders and issuing stores
- Taking stock levels of the stores
- Checking and verifying stores invoices
- Maintaining facilities for preservation, packing and storage
- Offloading obsolete goods from stores
- Maintaining and updating Stores Ledger
- Courier product as per order
- Filing inventory documents
- Scanning necessary documents and preservation
- Preparing challan and delivering materials as per order.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
- Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
