Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing the sourcing chain and enhancing its efficiency.
∎ Help develop a pool of reliable suppliers from different districts and B2B networks to improve sourcing capability.
∎ Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to enhance loyalty and sourcing efficiency.
∎ Explore and assist in sourcing for rare or uncommon trades.
∎ Utilize digital marketing, social media, job postings, employee referrals, and other platforms to support effective sourcing efforts.
∎ Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to improve candidate interview performance and selection rates.
∎ Work closely with the mobilization team to optimize sourcing output.
∎ Assist in conducting pre-screening, mock interviews, and training sessions to increase candidate selection success.
∎ Maintain performance records and update the candidate database regularly.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department and update ERP usage for ISS.
∎ Continuously research and plan for expanding the sourcing network and supplier base.
