International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 15 countries over 35+ years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization's goal.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist with routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Help troubleshoot machine breakdowns and diagnose mechanical faults under guidance.
- Assist with process-improvement projects (e.g. layout redesign, workflow optimization, downtime reduction).
- Record machine utilization and downtime and assist with data analysis and the implementation of improvements.
- Help ensure the safety of workers and machines and ensure mechanical solutions comply with applicable safety standards.
- Learn and adapt to new manufacturing technologies relevant to accessories, including powerless mechanical automation.
- Brainstorm mechanical solutions for research and development challenges.
- Work closely with electrical Engineers, supervisors, and Managers.
- Assist to Maintain and update Maintenance spare parts inventory.
- Report on progress assigned tasks to Managers. maintain logs of completed work and discovered issues.
- Support management or the manager as needed by doing any tasks they assign.
Job Other Benifits:
Monthly lunch bill reimbursement upon submission of bills, with a maximum limit of 3,000 BDT per month.
Friday and alternative Saturday is weekend
CL & SL as per the policy and duration of Internship period
