Responsibilities & Context:
- To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and bank as well as in person inquiries
- Make excel sheets based on customers is required as and when required and follow up on that as a regular basis.
- Set up client meeting and if required do client meeting with team.
- Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and others when required
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the process for the business.
- Demonstrate our products and make presentation to clients if required.
- Explain the services and products benefits to customers as a hr should do
- Will have to do recruitment to new team members
- Handle our recruited members through whatsapp groups
- To talk with dealers & clients regularly like a HR
