∎ To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and bank as well as in person inquiries
∎ Make excel sheets based on customers is required as and when required and follow up on that as a regular basis.
∎ Set up client meeting and if required do client meeting with team.
∎ Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and others when required.
∎ Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the process for the business.
∎ Demonstrate our products and make presentation to clients if required.
∎ Explain the services and products benefits to customers as a hr should doWill have to do recruitment to new team members.
∎ Handle our recruited members through whatsapp groups.
∎ To talk with dealers & clients regularly like a HR
