Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience in international recruitment (preferred).
∎ Proven track record of successful overseas job placements.
∎ Experience in negotiating with visa brokers and handling visa procurement process.
∎ Strong network of international clients, employers, and recruiting agencies.
∎ In-depth knowledge of overseas recruitment processes, documentation requirements, and legal compliance.
∎ Strong relationships with Bangladeshi agencies involved in visa processing.
∎ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take initiative.
∎ Preference will be given to individuals who have the capability to start a recruitment business but have been limited due to the absence of a valid recruitment license.

∎ Lead and manage international recruitment operations using our valid recruitment license.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
∎ Identify overseas job opportunities and match suitable candidates accordingly.
∎ Ensure compliance with international labor laws, regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to manage documentation, visa processing, and onboarding procedures.
∎ Generate business leads and drive revenue growth in alignment with agreed targets.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports on operations, performance metrics, and market trends.
