Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying and engaging new buyers to expand the company's client base.
∎ Developing and executing international marketing strategies to strengthen the company's global presence.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential buyers to ensure long-term partnerships.
∎ Setting and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals in collaboration with senior management.
∎ Delivering a measurable increase in international sales volume by at least 20% annually.
∎ Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
∎ Reporting market insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
∎ Overseeing the creation of promotional materials, online campaigns, and social media content to attract buyers.
∎ Collaborating with buyers to understand their specific requirements and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
∎ Coordinating with the costing and production teams to secure competitive pricing and meet profit margin targets.
∎ Managing the development and approval of samples to meet buyer expectations.
∎ Ensuring production timelines and quality standards are adhered to for all orders.
∎ Monitoring and resolving any production or supply chain issues to maintain smooth operations.
∎ Staying updated on material sourcing options, fabric trends, and market demands to provide buyers with innovative solutions.
∎ Liaising between buyers, factories, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and order execution.
∎ A dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual with a proven track record in marketing, merchandising, and international buyer sourcing. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proactive leader who can deliver on targets, build strong relationships with global buyers, and ensure seamless merchandising operations.
