• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Female

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Experience managing social media marketing to promote brands

• Must be proficient in English

Job Overview:

H&F Fashion Ltd is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Officer (Female) to handle customer inquiries and manage digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, disciplined, and capable of handling complaints while providing accurate information. You will also manage the company’s Facebook page and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new customers and communicate effectively with them
• Support sales and lead generation efforts
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns
• Work closely with promotional and advertising teams to align business goals with marketing activities
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote clothing products to targeted audiences
• Provide periodic reports to management on business development performance and achievements
• Identify and onboard new buyers, wholesalers, and distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Manage each campaign from start to finish
• Handle social media, public relations, and content marketing activities
• Keep records of all customer care and digital marketing activities
• Ensure after-sales service for customer satisfaction
• Manage client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
