Proven experience (8-10) in a marketing role, preferably within the apparel industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead a team effectively.
Role Overview:
As a Sales man at H&F Fashion Ltd. , you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our marketing strategies and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that effectively promote our brand, expand our market presence, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to conduct sales operations and actively grow the number of sales accounts and overall business volume ensuring quality service for long term retention of customers.
Must be able to achieve Monthly Sales Target
Achieve growth and hit sales target.
Able to regular market visit, meeting with existing and potential customers, digital marketing etc.
Able to prepare & maintain sales, revenue, budget & any other reports and forecasts to team.
Promoting the company`s existing brands and introducing new products to the markets.
Working with the marketing team, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
Candidate must be capable to source new customers/dealer, Plan and develop marketing strategies that balance customers`
Capable of building in new customers & make strong relationship with them to create & operate big volume business with them.
Regularly Follow-up with existing brand & find potential customers.
Visit market to market to increase sale and increase brand awareness.
Practice product detailing and develop the skills to effectively describe the product note to customers on every visit.
Execute the Marketing & Sales plan of the company for Dhaka and others Division.
Explain different products to customers to make the right decision on the type of tiles to be used for specific needs.
Continuous effort and dynamic strategy implementation are crucial for maximizing product sales.
Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented.
