• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client management / freelancing / marketplaces.

• Excellent English speaking & writing skills (IELTS preferred).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work both night and day shifts.

• Proactive, confident, and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities & Context:

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently with international clients (calls, chats, emails).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple time zones.

• Apply and manage projects on online marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).

• Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
