About Us
Carbarn is a global automotive exporter specializing in Japanese vehicles, with operations across Australia, Japan, Bangladesh, and Africa. We manage international customers daily through calls, WhatsApp, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients (Australia, Africa, Bangladesh).

  • Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp and email inquiries.

  • Use sales techniques and customer psychology to guide clients and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

  • Explain vehicle details, purchase process, and shipping clearly to international buyers.

  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM/Sheets.

  • Support sales and operations teams by relaying leads and booking follow-ups.

  • Build trust with clients by providing transparent, timely communication.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Preference for Computer Science, Business, or Marketing

Experience

  • Prior call center or customer service experience.

  • Previous experience in AI-powered/automated call centers will be an added benefit.

  • Work experience in companies like SBT Japan, Beforward, or other automotive exporters will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Skills & Expertise

  • Extraordinary communication skills with clear, neutral accent in English.

  • Strong convincing power and ability to close leads.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and understanding of customer psychology.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and social platforms.

  • Interest in cars and the automotive industry will be highly valued.

  • Ability to manage pressure and multitask.
