Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional certification such as CA/ACA/FCA/CMA/ACMA/FCMA/ACCA/CIA preferred.
5–7 years of audit / internal control / compliance experience — preferably in hospitality, real estate, construction, or multi-division corporations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular audits of financial and operational processes — including accounting practices, project budgets, cash flows, expenditures.
Evaluate risk management, internal control systems, compliance with policies and regulations and identify areas of weakness or inefficiency.
Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations for improvements, controls and corrective actions.
Work closely with finance, operations, legal and project teams to ensure recommended controls and improvements are implemented.
Support external audits and liaise with external auditors when needed.
