As a Technical Support Intern, you will be able to help diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our WhatsApp API solutions. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rapidly evolving field, working with a talented team to support innovative communication technologies.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 Days a Week)

Job Type: Paid Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via email, chat, or phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the WhatsApp API, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Assist in configuring, integrating, and testing WhatsApp API features for client systems. Also, have knowledge about CRM systems.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the support database.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
  • Stay updated on new features and updates to WhatsApp API to provide accurate support.
