Job Summary
The Commercial & Banking Intern will assist in managing commercial operations with a focus on banking transactions, payment processes, and financial documentation. The role provides practical exposure to trade finance, banking coordination, and commercial activities within the feed industry.
Assist in processing payments, receipts, and bank-related documentation
Support activities related to LC (Letter of Credit), bank guarantees, and TT (Telegraphic Transfers)
Prepare and organize documents required for bank submissions
Coordinate with banks for transaction updates and issue resolution
Assist in bank reconciliation and tracking daily cash/bank balances
Help ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations
Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of commercial and banking documents
Assist in preparing reports on payments, receivables, and payables
Support audit-related documentation when required
