• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

• Conducting regular risk assessments in comprehending compliance risk, scope, and importance.

• Monitoring the compliance regulations and internal policies to guarantee alignment with relevant laws.

• Providing compliance education to employees and highlighting the repercussions of non-compliance on the organization.

• Documenting findings and liaising with management to address any identified issues.

• Collaborating with management across departments to ensure compliance and investigate any irregularities.

• Contributing to ongoing projects focused on enhancing social compliance best practices.

• Conducting internal audit, CAP writing & submitting periodical reports to the management.

• Review training modules, conduct awareness & training & report them properly.

• Monitor & liaise the activities of PC & safety committee.

• Hands-on experience in compliance initiatives.
