∎ Freshers and recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows servers, or cloud computing is a plus but not required
∎ Passion for problem-solving, troubleshooting, and learning new technologies
∎ Understanding of DevOps tools, scripting using Bash or Python, or networking is a bonus
∎ Most importantly, dedication, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
∎ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
∎ Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins.
∎ Familiarity with web hosting platforms such as cPanel, Plesk, or WHM.
∎ Some experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python) is a plus.
∎ Eagerness to learn and improve technical troubleshooting skills.
∎ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

∎ Server Administration
∎ Assist in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Linux and Windows servers
∎ Monitor server health and help with security updates and patches
∎ Learn about backups, disaster recovery, and system optimization
∎ DevOps Support
∎ Work with modern DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform
∎ Learn how to automate deployments and manage cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, and Azure
∎ Assist in troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure issues
∎ Website and Software Management
∎ Support website hosting and domain configurations using Plesk, cPanel, and WHM
∎ Help in troubleshooting and maintaining platforms like WordPress, Magento, and Prestashop
∎ Learn about server performance tuning and security enhancements
∎ Troubleshooting and IT Support
∎ Diagnose and fix server, application, and network issues
∎ Log and track issues to improve system performance
∎ Work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience
