Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in reviewing and verifying details in bills and invoices for accuracy before payment.
∎ Support in reconciling physical stock levels with recorded inventory in the accounting system.
∎ Help evaluate supplier/vendor performance, capabilities, and financial stability.
∎ Conduct market research to ensure product and service prices align with industry standards.
∎ Assist in assessing the physical appearance and functionality of showrooms to meet company standards.
∎ Support in preparing audit reports and collaborate with teams to address audit findings.
