Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management, Diploma in Hotel Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
∎ Consult with daily visitors and complete the booking process.
∎ Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
∎ Processing guest payments.
∎ Provides services for customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be presentable.
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
Salary: Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
