Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads.
∎ Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
∎ Assist in generating leads through cold outreach and social media.
∎ Collaborate on new strategies for lead generation.Digital Marketing:
∎ Support in executing digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and SEO.
∎ Help develop content for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.
∎ Support team efforts on LinkedIn and other media platforms.
∎ Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.Sales Support & Client Support:
∎ Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by ARACOL.
∎ Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media.
∎ Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
∎ Assist with email communication, documentation, and preparing client proposals.
∎ Craft business profiles and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
∎ Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
∎ Suggest upgrades or additional services that may be of interest to clients.
∎ Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction.Collaboration & Team Support:
∎ Coordinate interviews, meetings, team activities, and company events.
∎ Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
∎ Assist in preparing reports on sales and marketing efforts.
