Responsibilities & Context:

ARACO is seeking a confident and competent Female Sonologist to join our growing medical team. The role involves performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations and supporting physicians in identifying medical conditions such as pregnancy-related cases, tumors, cancer, and other clinical conditions. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Ultrasound Examination & Imaging

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations using appropriate sonographic techniques

• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring comfort

• Acquire clear, high-quality images of relevant anatomical areas

• Identify normal and abnormal findings and determine whether extended examinations are required

Clinical Support & Reporting

• Analyze sonographic images and prepare preliminary findings

• Present sonograms and observations to physicians for diagnosis and treatment planning

• Assist physicians and healthcare teams during invasive or guided procedures when required

Documentation & Records

• Complete and maintain accurate patient records, reports, and image documentation

• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with medical protocols

Equipment & Safety

• Operate, clean, and maintain ultrasound equipment

• Report equipment issues or malfunctions promptly

• Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-friendly working environment

Collaboration & Professional Practice

• Communicate clearly with patients, addressing concerns and providing reassurance

• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Stay updated with advancements in sonography and diagnostic imaging practices
