Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory analyses and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and professionalism in all procedures.

• Conduct laboratory analyses involving blood, urine, tissue, and various other samples in accordance with established protocols.

• Demonstrate proficiency in obtaining blood samples from patients, particularly excelling in the management of critical pediatric cases.

• Efficiently receive, label, and analyze a variety of samples, including blood and tissue specimens.

• Utilize specialized laboratory instruments, such as microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.

• Ensure the proper organization and storage of all chemicals, fluids, and compressed gases in accordance with safety regulations.

• Verify that laboratory equipment is accurately calibrated and operational, while also checking the quality and expiration dates of chemicals and reagents.

• Follow stringent procedures and quality control protocols to guarantee precise results, and analyze data to detect any abnormalities or trends.

• Conduct laboratory tests in line with established procedures, document findings, and interpret the outcomes.

• Meticulously record all data and results in the necessary formats, both in written and electronic forms.

• Consistently comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
