Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Here are responsibilities for Intern Business Analyst role:
∎ 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
∎ Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
∎ Document and analyze business processes and workflows.
∎ Participate in meetings to understand business needs and project scope.
∎ 2. Research & Data Analysis
∎ Conduct market research to support decision-making.
∎ Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business objectives.
∎ Create and maintain data reports and dashboards.
∎ 3. Stakeholder Communication
∎ Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
∎ Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders and clients.
∎ Support clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
∎ 4. Documentation
∎ Assist in creating business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
∎ Document system designs and workflows.
∎ Maintain project documentation and version control.
∎ 5. Process Improvement
∎ Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
∎ Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

∎ 6. Tools & Systems Support
∎ Learn and use business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or others. Support testing efforts by helping to create test cases or scenarios.
∎
∎ 7. Training & Support
∎ Assist in training sessions for stakeholders on new processes or tools.
∎ Provide support to users during the implementation of new systems.
∎
∎ 8. Learning & Development
∎ Shadow senior business analysts to understand the role better.
∎ Actively participate in training and workshops to enhance skills.
∎
∎ This role provides an excellent foundation for developing analytical, communication, and technical skills, essential for a career in business analysis.
