Experience:

• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Diploma in Interior Architecture/ Architecture or Bachelor in Interior Architecture / Architecture.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• 5 Years in related field.
• Sufficient knowledge about interior design and Furniture is necessary
• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design.

Job Nature

• Full Time (6 month depending on the project, will be permanent on Performance basis).

Job Description /Responsibility

• To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of Team Leader.
• Creating realistic 3d models and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render (High quality Photo realistic image) Lumion and Photoshop).
• Detail Working drawing for production.
• Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
• Site visits to follow up ongoing projects.
• Market survey for Material quality selection.
