Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 04-05 years work experience in an Architectural or Interior Firm.
- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp/3DS Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred).
Responsibilities & Context:
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project objectives.
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts according to client needs.
Prepare and deliver professional design presentations, including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Collaborate with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage the overall progress of interior projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance.
Handle client communications professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design or execution challenges.
