1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a service-oriented business.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ad Manager and content creation tools.
Strong communication and writing skills (English and Bengali).
Ability to work proactively, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team setting.
Interest in real estate is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Plan, run, and manage targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Facebook Ad Manager.
Create and schedule compelling social media content (images, videos, captions) to promote ongoing projects and brokerage services.
Monitor digital campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Visit potential sites and assist in identifying and evaluating new land acquisition opportunities.
Engage with prospective clients interested in buying or selling apartments and support follow-up communications.
Represent the company at local marketing events, fairs, or exhibitions as needed.
