• Proficiency in Facebook Ad Manager and other digital marketing tools.

• Strong strategic branding skills with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools for 3D Modeling. (Preferred but not required)

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Lead marketing campaigns to promote new and ongoing real estate projects.

• Strategize and execute digital marketing efforts, especially using Facebook Ad Manager, to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.

• Develop and implement strategic branding initiatives to strengthen the Green Peak brand across all channels.

• Identify and acquire new land opportunities for real estate development.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers for our brokerage services.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the business development team to achieve growth objectives.
