Proficiency in Facebook Ad Manager and other digital marketing tools.
Strong strategic branding skills with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools for 3D Modeling. (Preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead marketing campaigns to promote new and ongoing real estate projects.
Strategize and execute digital marketing efforts, especially using Facebook Ad Manager, to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
Develop and implement strategic branding initiatives to strengthen the Green Peak brand across all channels.
Identify and acquire new land opportunities for real estate development.
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers for our brokerage services.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the business development team to achieve growth objectives.
