Experience:
Formulating long and short term business plan of building products.
Develop Sales-Plan for meeting demands of the customer.
Identifying market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitors strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collection of lead and conversion into sale.
Ensure overall sales target every three (03) months.
Ensure continuous improvement in every areas of operation.
Building a strong relationship with the customer.
Process all sales documentation for both Commercial and Residential Projects
Respond to any Sales/Land queries and follow up accordingly.
Prepare and maintain industry wise prospective client database.
Ensure development of Sales Brochures and other sales tools for ongoing and upcoming projects.
