• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering from Developer/Real Estate business.

• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

• Must be know Autocad.

• Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package.

• Must be able to handle projects independently.

• Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.

• Be able to manage large construction project independently, in terms of both engineering supervision and man-management. 

• Ensure quality control of actual work and materials used in different phases of work. 

• Maintain day to day contact and coordination of client and/or consultants, if any, for implementation of the project. 

• Provide periodic report, both verbally and in written to the top management for planning and implementation of the project.

• Ensuring the project delivers to the agreed standards and specifications, often through testing and quality assurance practices.

• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project technical documentation and reports.

• Able to prepared BOQ of construction project.
